Provisionally, the next WagyuEdge Conference, the annual flagship event of the AWA (Australian Wagyu Association) is due to be held in Adelaide, South Australia 27-29 April 2027. Following on from this will be Beef Australia which begins 3 May and runs for a week. Beef Australia is their national Expo and is held every three years.
